Swim School

It’s been a busy two weeks for the kids between preschool in the mornings and Luca’s swim classes in the afternoons. Since he has never quite been a happy fish in the water, I signed him up for an intensive swim class that met every afternoon for 2 weeks.

It’s a class for kids ages 4 and up and they are supposed to be able to swim or at least keep themselves (alive) above water at the end of the class. Well, let’s just say that Luca likes swimming now … with floaties … and is much more comfortable in the water than he ever was. Not quite swimming independently just yet but I am sure a few more lessons will get him on his way (and yes, those “make-up” classes are included in the price, in case you were wondering!).

Here’s a recap of his final swim performance!
